Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to be welcomed by an incredible 25,000 fans when he is officially unveiled as the newest Real Madrid player.

Although it is unclear whether or not Ronaldo and his representatives have agreed personal terms with the capital-based club, steps are being undertaken for his grand reception.

He is expected to complete the signing before June 30th, but the date earmarked for his public unveiling is currently July 6th.

Madrid's current record-attendance for the unveiling of a player was by Robinho, when 11,000 fans packed the stadium. It is expected that Cristiano will surpass this by some distance.
